Want to firm up?  Than get in here!  This 45 minute class focuses on slimming down the stomach with timed cardio blasts.   Followed by strength exercises to tone abdominals, glutes and arms.  The best part is that you work at your own speed making it great for all fitness levels.  Usage of resistance bands, stability balls, barbells and more will be provided for you.  Light weights are recommended.

Save time – Cardio, strength and flexibility all in one class.  Learn new exercises – Innovative workouts may include usage of the ball, dumbbells, mat, step and bands.  Never get bored – Circuits change weekly to challenge your body to change.   Can you do it?
