This is a realistic exercise program taught by a certified personal trainer designed for fast and serious weight loss, cardio endurance and muscular strength. Chair Yoga is a perfect fit for seniors who are unfamiliar with yoga and its benefits.  Gentle movements using a chair and mat.  Offers the students the choice of practicing seated or using the mat.  Have some fun and move around at your own pace. Please bring a yoga mat and a strap.
