Want to firm up?  Than get in here!  This 45 minute class focuses on slimming down the stomach with timed cardio blasts.   Followed by strength exercises to tone abdominals, glutes and arms.  The best part is that you work at your own speed making it great for all fitness levels.  Usage of resistance bands, stability balls, barbells and more will be provided for you.  Light weights are recommended.

Get back to the basics. Build cardio endurance with easy to follow moves, without any jumping. Alternating with the use of weights and balance challenges so you get the best of both worlds. Bring weights and a mat for stretching and a core workout at the end of class.
