Chair Yoga - Spring Session

Come join us for a Chair Yoga Class, no experience needed. You will gain strength, flexibility, endurance and have some fun at the same time.
Chair Yoga is really good for anyone, with any issues, at any stage of limitation.
Learning to breathe properly is an important part in any Yoga class. We'll begin and end with a short, quiet meditation. You will leave the class calm, rejuvenated and refreshed.
All ages welcome, hope to see you!
Cancellations & Refunds:
● If you cancel a registration before the start of a session, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
● If you cancel a registration after the session begins, a 10% processing fee is deducted from a prorated refund for unused hours.

All Levels Yoga - Spring Session - Thursdays only w/Cynthia

Come join us for All Levels Yoga!
Thursday's will be an "All Levels Yoga Class". This class taught by Cynthia Griffin will incorporate a flow of yoga postures to strengthen and elongate the muscles while increasing balance and relaxation of the body and mind. She will also touch on aspects of the 8 limbs of yoga.
*There is no Yoga class on Thursday, 4/16/26
