Basic Fitness Fun-Session 4-Wed

Want to start or restart working out? Let's get back to the basics with this class. Easy and fun, 45 minute class is a mixture of warm ups, slow cardio, core strengthening and stretching. Benefits flexibility, coordination and balance. Please bring water. Mat and light weights are optional.

Low impact Cardio with weights is a Cardio burning workout combined with strength and resistance moves for a total body workout designed to use fluid, joint friendly movements to elevate the heart rate, work all the major muscle groups, and to tone from head to toe.Join me with a positive (can do) attitude. We will end our class bringing your heart rate down gradually, and stretching out your muscles, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated . Ideal for beginners.
