Bristol Public Schools offers a complete driver education course, including 30 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours behind-the-wheel. This class is for Bristol high school students, ages 16-17. Students must be age 16 by July 7, and residents of Bristol to participate.

July 7th - The first class is "Parent & Student Night," 5:30pm-7:30pm. A parent or legal guardian must attend the first class with the student. This class is held at the Bristol Adult Education Center, located at 210 Redstone Hill Road, Bristol, CT 06010.

All remaining classes will  meet in Room 128 at Bristol Central High School, July 07 - July 27, 8:30-10:30 AM, Monday-Friday.

Class make-up dates: 7/28, 7/29, . Room 128, 8:30 am -10:30 am.

Behind-the-Wheel lessons are scheduled at mutually convenient times for students and their instructor.

Cancellations & Refunds: 

● If you cancel a registration before the start of a session, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

● If you cancel a registration after the session begins, a 10% processing fee is deducted from a prorated refund for unused hours.

A parent/legal guardian and student must attend this first class together. The class meets at Bristol Eastern High School, Room 139. 

All Remaining Classes will also meet in Room 139 at Bristol Eastern High School, July 07 - July 24, 8:30-10:30 AM, Monday-Friday.
