Bristol Adult Education

Bristol Public Schools offers a complete driver education course, including 30 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours behind-the-wheel. This class is for Bristol high school students. Students must be age 16 by Septmeber 9, and residents of Bristol to participate.

Any additional costs that may be associated with obtaining a CT DMV learner’s permit or driver’s license are the responsibility of the family/student. It is also the responsibility of the family/student to provide a vehicle for use during the DMV license road test. Bristol Public Schools does not provide any service or vehicles for testing at the DMV.

September 9 - The first class is "Parent's Night" 6-8 PM in Room 139. A parent/legal guardian and student must attend this first class together.

September 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30

October 1, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29

 Cancellations & Refunds: 

● If you cancel a registration before the start of a session, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

● If you cancel a registration after the session begins, a 10% processing fee is deducted from a prorated refund for unused hours.
